About the Role As Lead Dentist, you’ll inspire and empower your team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Leading by example, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills to foster a positive team culture, support practice objectives, and ensure a seamless experience for every patient. Days available: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays.
